David Schulgen is the Chief Executive Officer at Airstreams, LLC, an independent organization specializing in wind turbine asset management, operations, training, due diligence, economic feasibility studies, system performance analysis, failure analysis, and reporting. Previously, Mr. Schulgen was Partner and Vice President of Field Operations at Energy Maintenance Service (EMS) and worked for Zond/Enron/GE for 18 years before starting Airstreams. During Dave’s time with Zond/ Enron / GE he served as a Field Technician, Site Supervisor, Manager of commissioning and training, Director of manufacturing responsible for the Enron / GE 1.5 turbines introduction into the US marker and Director of Field Services responsible for all operating Enron / GE projects in the US Market.
