Daniel Lisser

Daniel Lisser, since 2004, has been a Managing Director at Johnson Capital and co-heads the firm's mortgage loan sales group, with responsibilities including oversight of real estate debt evaluations, marketing strategy, contract negotiations, and sales. Mr. Lisser is also involved in originating and structuring first mortgage debt, mezzanine, and equity transactions nationwide. His previous experience includes over $3 billion of commercial mortgage sales, as well as the origination and underwriting of over $1 billion of commercial mortgages throughout the United States for a foreign bank. Additionally, Mr. Lisser served as a consultant with Ernst & Young and as a lender at Chemical Bank, where his responsibilities included the origination and structuring of construction and interim mortgages. Mr. Lisser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Clarkson University, a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University, and also completed Chemical Bank's credit training program.
