Mr. Durick has more than 28 years of quality food, beverage, processing and operations experience in a wide variety of multi-unit restaurant and supermarket operations. He is an enterprising corporate officer, and private business owner with full P&L experience. He specializes in client "Turn-Arounds" and provides broad domestic and international expertise in concept, menu, food product, food processing development, and operations evaluations. Mr.Durick also controls a host of regional and national brands such as Black Angus, Mimi's Cafe, Claim Jumper, Marie Callenders, Perkins, Houlihan's TGIFridays, Lone Star, Applebee's, ConAgra, Heinz, et al.
