Daniel Curran is the Managing Director of DC CyberCom, a management consultancy to technology startups. Previously, he was acting Chief Operating Officer and VP of Western Digital's Connex & SANavigator Units, which were sold to Adaptec and Brocade. He has 26 years experience and contacts with data center customers, systems integrators, and vendors. Dan follows inventory, pricing, TAM, sales traction, and tech roadmaps in the storage, hard disk and SS drives, software, internet, and enterprise storage tech sectors. Mr. Curran covers DDUP, PAR, CML, Seagate, Western Digital, STEC, Samsung, HGST, Fujitsu, Toshiba, BRCM, Marvell, LSI/Agere, IVAC, Adaptec, HDS, EMC, VMWare, NTAP, Brocade, Q-Logic, Emulex, BMC, Dell, HP, & IBM. He was also CEO of AlaStor Networks, a Stanford iSCSI/FC bridge startup that led the way for CSCO's unified platform. He holds 3 MS degrees in Engineering from U.
