Dana Frix is Partner and Co-Chair of the Communications, Media and Technology Practice at Chadbourne & Parke in Washington, D.C. He focuses on corporate, regulatory and antitrust matters involving CMT companies. Mr. Frix also advises clients with regard to administrative and civil litigation matters arising from policies of the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice. His Representative clients include domestic and foreign telephone companies, private equity interests, cable companies, wireless operators, satellite providers, submarine and land-based fiber optic providers, content providers, marketing companies, and hardware and software companies. He has published books on telecommunication matters including "Federal Communications Commission Issues Notice of Inquiry Regarding Broadband over Power Line Systems," "Reconsideration on Customer Premises Equipment Rules for Multichannel Video Programming Distributors," "AT&T Seeks FCC Ruling Exempting IP Telephony from Access Charges," and "FCC Initiates Rulemaking on Copy Protection Schemes for Digital Television and Other Consumer Electronic Devices."
