Dan Schoenbaum is the Senior Vice President of marketing and corporate development at Tripwire, a category leader in the security and compliance software market. He heads up corporate strategy, marketing and product management. He also manages close strategic relationships with VMware, BMC and HP. Previously, he was the Chairman of Mergers and Acquisitions at Compuware Corporation, a leader in enterprise software and IT services. He was responsible for corporate strategy and M&A focused on the distributed enterprise software business. Prior to Compuware, he spent 8 years at Mercury Interactive, where he held senior roles in product management, marketing and alliances. He is credited with the conception, development and launch of Mercury's web products. He was on the advisory board of nLayers (acquired by EMC), and is currently on the board of Compassoft and the advisory board of Cenzic Inc. He is a founding member of AppSic, the Application Security Industry Consortium. (This is me - Update Profile)
