Cyrus Bulsara is the President of Professional Consultants & Resources (PCR) since 1998. PCR is a full-service strategic consulting company specializing in beauty, salon, cosmetics & consumer products. PCR is a leading source of industry data, competitive intelligence, strategy and background research with excellent global knowledge. Prior to this, Mr. Bulsara was CEO of Beauty and Health Works Co., a contract manufacturing company specializing in private label/own label products in high-end hair care, skincare, cosmetics for the beauty, salon and cosmetics industry from 1998 to 2001. The company was successfully divested in 2001. Mr. Bulsara also has held executive positions at Mary Kay, Wella/P&G, Clairol/P&G, Logics/Matrix/L’Oreal, Redken/L’Oreal and Colgate-Palmolive. He has been a consultant on projects for Alberto-Culver, Regis Corp, Sally Beauty/BSG, Helen of Troy, Conair, L’Oreal, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, KAO, Henkel, and Bare Escentuals, Physician’s Formula, Herbalife, Avon, Beiersdorf, Reckitt-Benckiser, etc. He is an expert on the salon and beauty industry, direct sales, prestige department stores and mass retail. He provides strategic marketing, mediation, legal strategy, expert reports, depositions/testimony on diversion, gray market goods, distributor’s contracts etc. Mr. Bulsara has 25 years experience in the industry.
