Craig Marston is Managing Director at CEM Marine, a firm providing consulting services in the maritime and shipping industry. Mr. Marston has more than 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, including Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for the largest US-flag fleet of ocean-going dry bulk carriers. He has knowledge of dry bulk, liquid bulk, container shipping, petroleum support, tug and barge, and ship repair and construction activities. Mr. Marston holds a BS from the US Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. (This is me - Update Profile)

Jinhui Shipping (Oslo:JIN.OL) reported disappointing numbers coupled with a gloomy outlook on the near-term market, despite the recent recovery in dry bulk rates.  I agree with their market forecast, but Jinhui's near-term prospects have more to do with capacity.
