Clarence Gabriel has over 30 years of experience in consumer retail sectors and has contributed as Chief Executive Officer, President, and EVP for world-class companies. He is a retail sector leader with expertise in “Big Box”, “Small Box”, CPG and Supply Chain Management. Previously, Mr. Gabriel was recruited by Pepsi Cola into a 12-year career where he pioneered sales, marketing and operations strategies. Prior, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Express Logistics, where he led a $1.5B supply chain division for the office supply retailer, and its 230 global locations. At Albertsons, a world-leading “Grocery” retailer ($40B), he was positioned third in line as EVP of Marketing, Merchandising & Supply Chain supporting 10 divisions and 2500 “Big Box” grocery stores in 35 states. In 2008, he became President/CEO of Movie Gallery, Inc., a $2B “Small Box” retailer, the second-largest North American games and video rental company with 3,300 stores branded as the Movie Gallery.
