Chris Connery is a Vice-president of Market Research at DisplaySearch. His expertise is specifically in the Flat Panel Display (FPD) and LCD and Plasma marketplace especially regarding the go-to-market strategy of finished good products through B2B and B2C channels. Currently he tracks the desktop PC monitor marketplace, as well as TV/PC IT/CE convergence products (multi-function products) and is an expert in forecasting FPD market dynamics. He is a long time quoted source of expertise with many by-lined articles to his credit. Additionally, he has spoken internally on the subject in the US, Taiwan and Japan. His career includes a wide range of responsibilities in product development, line management, marketing, channel management and market segmentation. He is strongly associated with brand management representing throughout his career such brands as Mitsubishi, Zenith and NEC.
