Chris Le Fevre is an independent consultant specializing in natural gas markets, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and gas storage projects, utility regulation, and energy acquisitions. He is also on the Board of the Northern Ireland utility regulator and the South Central Strategic Health Authority. Mr. Le Fevre has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry covering planning and evaluating gas field, pipeline, storage and LNG terminal developments, preparing regulatory submissions, assessing corporate strategies, mergers and acquisitions, financing due diligence, gas sales agreements, forecasting (gas prices, supply and demand), market assessments, liberalization studies and gas retail market issues. Prior, he worked at British Gas where he was responsible for developing British Gas’s downstream interests in Europe, and more recently in GB for gas transmission and distribution operations, and implementing network code systems.
