Charles Savino

Charles Savino serves as the Executive Vice President of CDS Market Research with responsibility for performance of the firm’s professional consulting services. He has both a Master of City Planning degree and a M.S in Civil Engineering and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. Before joining CDS, he served as E.V.P and COO of the Greater Houston Partnership, the umbrella chamber of commerce, economic development and world trade business organization. His prior roles include top management experience in real estate development of large master planned communities, real estate research as well as broader areas of community planning and research.
