Chandra Belani, MD

Chandra Belani, MD, is a Distinguished Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology-Oncology at the Penn State College of Medicine. He is also a Deputy Director of the Penn State Cancer Institute. Dr. Belani's major research interest is lung cancer, including drug development, chemoprevention, and carcinogenesis. He is widely recognized for his work in lung cancer and is editor-in-chief for the journal Clinical Lung Cancer. Dr. Belani also serves as a reviewer for Cancer Chemotherapy and Pharmacology, the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, Cancer, and Journal of Clinical Oncology. He has authored or co-authored over 300 book chapters, journal articles, monographs, and abstracts. (This is me - Update Profile)
