Carrie Harris-Muller is the Chief Administrative Officer of Kaiser Permanente in the Mid-Atlantic States. Previously, Ms. Harris-Muller served as the Regional Vice President of HealthPlan Administration and Contracting. She has held several executive leadership positions in healthcare, including Cigna Healthcare, The Henry Ford Health System, The St. John Health System, and SelectCare. Ms. Harris-Muller has been responsible for all aspects of hospital and healthplan operations including, provider contracting and provider relations, claims administration, membership administration, member services, client services, human resources, strategy, and Data and performance management. She is a natice of Michigan receiving her MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and a Master's in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasent Michigan.
