Carl Streck is the Principal of Trinity Development Group in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Streck has experience working in the development business from completing thousands of single and multi-family units in Florida and Georgia. He has worked on numerous land banking deals with all of the top ten public homebuilders including Centex, Pulte, DR Horton, and The Ryland Group. Mr. Streck also has been involved in distressed debt acquisitions from Regional and National lenders by purchasing notes and mortgages that relate to commercial and residential real estate in all asset classes throughout the southeast. In today's environment, all acquisitions have been distressed purchases from homebuilders, lenders, or the FDIC. In addition, he is active in the Florida business community and is a board member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Urban Land Institute, Florida Home Builders Association, and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
