Carl Streck is Principal of Trinity Development Group in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Streck brings a wealth of experience gained from working in the development business from completing thousands of single and multi-family units in Florida. He has worked on numerous land banking deals with all of the top ten public homebuilders including Centex, Pulte, DR Horton, and The Ryland Group. In addition, he is active in the Florida business community and is a Board Member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Urban Land Institute, Florida Home Builders Association, and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
