Carl Bartoli

Carl Bartoli is the Principal of C. Bartoli Consultants, providing consultancy services on development and execution of capital projects, preparation of strategic plans, and organizational restructuring in utility and process industry. Mr. Bartoli has knowledge in engineering and construction of hydrocarbon, power generation, energy conversion (coal gasification), pharmaceutical, environmental, and infrastructure facilities. He has experience in providing consultancy services to investment banking firms and performing due diligence for the acquisition of engineering and construction firms. Prior, Mr. Bartoli was President and Chief Executive Officer at Foster Wheeler USA Corporation and has been affiliated with the Construction Industry Institute (CII) as a member of the Board of Advisors and Executive Committee.
