Bruce Lawson is the Owner of Courtyard Homes, a residential home builder in Southwest Florida. He has extensive background in consulting and operations and is an expert in strategy and execution. Previously, Mr. Lawson was a Project Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Malt Construction where he was responsible for the construction of an upscale gated community in South West Florida. He was the General Developer for a waterfront gated community in Charlotte County. Mr. Lawson was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Essex Group, a management consulting company, which became one of the leading firms in the Northeast with clients from Maryland to Maine. He implemented strategic planning, leadership, sales, and process improvement services to over 100 clients in almost every industry. (This is me - Update Profile)
