Bruce Goldberg is the President of Pharmacy Express Services and Pharmacy Benefit Advisors, both based in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a pharmacist and has experience in managed care with PBM contracting and general pharmacy network management. He developed a program which allows generic and therapeutic substitution rates which are over 20% higher than the rest of the retail market. Pharmacy Express was a regional independent pharmacy chain, leasing space in supermarkets. It was recently purchased by a national pharmacy chain. Mr. Goldberg continues to work part time as a pharmacist, along with his full time consulting in the industry. In 2009, he launched Pharmacy Benefit Advisors, a pharmacy benefits review company. PBA works with self-funded employer groups, reviewing cost and copy structures, while auditing PBM invoices. In addition, his firm works face to face with employers, employees, and the prescriber community to maximize Rx savings via therapeutic substitution programs. (This is me - Update Profile)

Reverse Payments for PHRMA smell fishy
May 15, 2008
US trade agency wants to end deals delaying generics | www.reuters.com
Our FTC has gone on record once again stating that the so called "Phrma reverse payments" to generic manufacturers breach antitrust regulations. Delaying competition by simply paying off another supplier, leads to higher prices for me, you, and our families. My grandpa used to call this stuff by another term....."shmearing".
