Council Member Biography

Bill Borkovitz is Principal at Kaplan & Associates, a Pennsylvania based executive search firm, since October 2008. Mr. Borkovitz is also Partner at Banyan Financial Partners, an alternative investment company specializing in Medical Debt Funds. Previously, he was COO/Board Member of Financial Asset Management Systems, an Atlanta based receivables management company. Prior to that, Mr. Borkovitz was Executive Vice President, Risk Operations at Radian Guaranty, responsible for company-wide operations and risk support. Mr. Borkovitz also held leadership and executive roles at Caremark Rx, where he managed call center operations, claims and voice/web development. Prior to that, he was AVP/manager at Citibank and held a variety of operations and quality leadership positions. He began his career at Dun & Bradstreet, where he held progressive line and staff manager positions.
