Bertold Bar-Bouyssiere

Bertold Bar-Bouyssiere is Partner at DLA Piper in Brussels, Belgium, where he practices in the fields of antitrust and competition law. He specializes in EC and German competition law, including merger control, horizontal and vertical restraints, state aid and public procurement. Dr. Bär-Bouyssière also regularly coordinates worldwide merger filings for global transactions.
