Avram Goldberg, MD, FACR, is Attending Physician at North Shore University Hospital and Assistant Professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York. He is part of the Division of Rheumatology where he is responsible for treatment of autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, and osteoarthritis. Dr. Goldberg participates in clinical trials of new therapies for these diseases such as TNF blockers and other biologics. His basic science research experience involved Ras related proteins and neutrophil action. Dr. Goldberg has worked on a number of consulting projects for financial institutions regarding biotechnology. (This is me - Update Profile)
