Antony Page is a Professor of Law at Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. He primarily teaches and publishes in the areas of M&A, Corporations, Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance. His scholarly work has been cited by U.S. courts, including the Supreme Court and state supreme courts. Prior to arriving in Indiana, he worked in M&A, securities and corporate finance at the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell in both their London and Los Angeles offices. From 1990-94, he served in the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs, serving in Thailand, Laos and Burma; and as Trade Commissioner in the Asia-Pacific South Division; and Assistant Trade Commissioner in the EU Trade and Economic Relations Division. His publications include official Canadian government reports and guides and articles in many law journals. Mr. Page holds a law degree from Stanford Law School (Order of the Coif), an MBA from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. (This is me - Update Profile)
