Member of the Financial Services Council
Andrew (Andy) Wilcox is the Managing Principal of Shareholder Service Solutions, Inc., a specialized consultancy he founded in June 2006. The firm enables corporations to achieve best practices with their stock transfer and related services (contract terms & conditions, pricing, service delivery logistics), without changing their stock transfer agent or supporting vendors. Mr. Wilcox managed Mellon's Mid-West and West Coast stock transfer business for 10 years, involving a portfolio of 800 corporate clients served by 63 people in six regional offices. He joined Computershare, the world's largest transfer agent, in 2004 as a Senior Vice President to establish a West Coast office for that firm. Mr. Wilcox graduated from Princeton University and The American Graduate School of International Management (with distinction). He serves on the San Francisco chapter boards of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and the National Investor Relations Institute. (This is me - Update Profile)
