Andrew Rosenblatt is a Senior Licensing Consultant at Perpetual Licensing. He is a seasoned results-driven trademark licensing executive whose clients have increased their retail sales volume by more than $80 million under his management. Mr. Rosenblatt is also a Principal Partner at Brand Value Advisors, a brand consultancy firm specializing in advising Private Equity, M&A, Hedge Funds and VC on marketing issues in due diligence, monetizing new revenue streams, research, and marketing operational issues. At Perpetual, Mr. Rosenblatt is responsible for all aspects of the licensing business including: market analysis, strategy development, licensee prospecting, contract negotiations, and program management. Prior to his work with Perpetual, Mr. Rosenblatt worked on the licensing programs for Fortune 500 companies and other famous brands such as: Harley-Davidson, The Stanley Works, Little Tikes, U.S. Army, Rubbermaid, Hummer, Stride Rite, Graco, Jim Beam Brands, Shell Oil Company, Modern Bride, and Bandai’s Tamagotchi. He has also developed a best-practices licensing manual to improve the work of brand owners and manufacturers. Mr. Rosenblatt has managed more than 100 licensees in a broad range of hard and soft good categories with distribution from mass market to department stores.
