Andrew Rosen was most recently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Brown Shoe Company, Inc a footwear retailer and marketer. Mr. Rosen continues to remain an active financial consultant at Brown Shoe Company. Here, Mr. Rosen was responsible for strategic planning, management of the capital structure, investment and commercial banking, strategic planning, M&A, asset management, accounting & budgeting, investor relations, executive comp., legal, benefits, international finance, and Governance. He stabilized the capital base during restructuring, founded the Corporation's first Strategic Planning Dept., chaired the Strategic Planning Committee, authored initiatives to improve operating margins, designed a state of the art pension strategy, and served as lead negotiator of a $200M+ strategic acquisition at 6x EBITDA multiple.
