Anand Hemnani

Anand Hemnani is a Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at CG/LA Infrastructure. Mr. Hemnani joined the company in 1996 as a project manager. He focuses on infrastructure globally, with a particular focus on Latin America. Mr. Hemnani works in all areas of the intelligence value chain, including market analysis and assessment, competitor analysis and intelligence, scenario creation and strategy development, and project development. In doing so, he guides the research team and applies the research for strategic client assignments. Mr. Hemnani is an expert in Brazilian infrastructure project development and works with foreign and major local firms, multilateral and development institutions, and local governments to evaluate and develop projects. He has conducted extensive fieldwork and analysis in the Latin American infrastructure markets over the past 10 years. Mr. Hemnani has published various works and presented in several international conferences. He previously worked in a Brazil based international trading company, where he acquired an expertise in market assessment, export-import, trade financing, and macro economic issues.
