Alvin McNeal is a Senior Vice President for Real Estate Development at Fraser Forbes, the largest residential land brokerage company in the Washington Metro area. He has been involved in real estate development for over 30 years. Prior to his current position, he was manager of the public/private joint development program at the Washington Metro Transit Agency. In that position, he was responsible for a real estate portfolio of more than $5 billion dollars, including many large-scale residential, office, retail and hotel projects. He is an expert in transit-oriented development. He holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati. (This is me - Update Profile)
