Alan Nevin is a Director of Economic Research at Marketpointe Realty Advisors, a market research company in San Diego, CA. He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Nevin has contracted to be the Chief Economist for the California Building Industry Association for the past three years. He also teaches demographics and real estate economics at UC San Diego Extension and is a co-founder of the UCSD Economic Roundtable. Mr. Nevin has been a General Partner in more than 40 real estate partnerships which predominantly own and develop multi-family properties. (This is me - Update Profile)
