Alan Nevin is a Director of Economic Research at Marketpointe Realty Advisors, a market research company in San Diego, CA. He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Nevin is the Chief Economist for the California Building Industry Association. He also teaches demographics and real estate economics at UC San Diego Extension and is a co-founder of the UCSD Economic Roundtable.
