Mr. Troner has more than 25 years of experience in developing product specifications, and managing marketing, refining, retailing, and pricing operations in the oil and gas industry in Asia Pacific and the Mideast Gulf. Prior he was Bureau Chief for Asia Pacific and Middle East at Energy Intelligence Group.
