Adrian Kiermasz

Adrian Kiermasz is co Founder, President & CEO of an innovative Metrology company called Metryx. Previously Dr Kiermasz held senior positions at Lam Research Corporation and Trikon Technologies. During his 20 year career, Dr Kiermasz has published over 40 papers in the field of Semiconductors and holds a number of patents specifically pioneering low k CVD. He is a recognized expert on Semiconductor Technology and has served as the Co-Chair for the Etch Sub-TWG on the ITRS roadmap. His qualifications include a Bachelors degree with honours in Physics, a Masters in Semiconductor Device Physics and a PhD in Plasma Physics. He holds Chartered status in both Engineering and Science and is a Fellow of both the Institution of Electrical Engineers and Institute of Physics. (This is me - Update Profile)
