Adeel Khan

Adeel Khan is Chief Executive Officer of Potentia Inc., which provides a unique combination of corporate finance and management consultancy services in the MENA region. Potentia's clients range from publicly listed companies to startups. Mr. Khan specializes in developing business strategies and raising finances for diverse energy, real estate, media, banking & telecommunication projects which conform to client financing needs and has worked on projects with combined sizes of over USD 100m. Currently he has mandates for structuring a number of project finance and securitizations deals worth USD 300m. Mr. Khan enjoys key relationships with banks, private equity firms and real estate professionals in the Middle East and South Asia region. Mr. Khan has extensive knowledge of structuring Islamic Finance transactions. Mr. Khan holds a BEng from Imperial College of the University of London and an MSc from Keble College, Oxford University.
