Mr. Evangelista is a Master licensee for the state of Nevada for a national "Rent to Own" program. He is a Nevada Real Estate Broker & Consultant in Las Vegas, focusing on new home sales, resale, commercial and condos. Previously, Mr. Evangelista was at Kimball Hill Homes, a national builder of homes in Las Vegas. He was also a Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Streamline Tower, a luxury high rise condo project in Las Vegas. Mr. Evangelista was a Senior Sales Consultant for Pulte Homes in Las Vegas. He spent over 15 years-in California-managing sales, business development and marketing, hiring, training, coaching and motivating sales teams.
