Kraft has the opportunity now to fix the price of cheese to the advantage of the organization. The National Cheese Exchange is to be manipulating prices. If Kraft can negotiate with the National Cheese Exchange the move would allow for Kraft to stabilize their cost and add more to the bottomline if a deal can be reached. Kraft is a household name and have enough business savvy to make head way in their efforts to turnaround sale and profits growth. On the other hand Sarah Lee needs become more competitive in the baking industry by introducing better and high-end product.

Key Point (1) When seeking a Casual place to dine is like going down the same road again. Some of the casual theme restaurants are making little to no effort to change their menu to attract new and repeat business. The quality of the menu has changed over the years and not in the best interest of the customer. I have to admit 1 or 2 casual theme restaurant are trying very hard to please their customer but are failing because services rendered doing the dining experience. Key Point (2) Personnel that have key positions within the organization such as product development needs to more of an understanding to what is going on in the restaurant. On of the big mistakes made is lack of communication between new product personnel and restaurant management.

Key Point (1) Variety is the key, new website is where foodies go when seeking a variety in their diet. Having study nutrition over the some years I learned that variety is good for the diet. The cost of using the web versus buying a cook book is advantage web users. Key Point (2) We all you should have a concept of creativity when developing new ideals that can be used by others such as website for foodies in search of new recipes. I can personally say that my diet has change for the better since I started using the internet as my cookbook and have achieved several goals in my diet plan. Internet cookbooks are nothing new, people just decided to use this tool in search of variety.
