McDonald's Plans To Sell Boston Market | today.reuters.com
Key Point (1) When seeking a Casual place to dine is like going down the same road again. Some of the casual theme restaurants are making little to no effort to change their menu to attract new and repeat business. The quality of the menu has changed over the years and not in the best interest of the customer. I have to admit 1 or 2 casual theme restaurant are trying very hard to please their customer but are failing because services rendered doing the dining experience. Key Point (2) Personnel that have key positions within the organization such as product development needs to more of an understanding to what is going on in the restaurant. On of the big mistakes made is lack of communication between new product personnel and restaurant management.
